RIGRAP Return Policy
UNDAMAGED/UNUSED RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. It is the responsibility of the customer to return and ship the RIGRAP merchandise at your expense. In addition, RIGRAP must charge a 15% return fee to cover the initial order cost of shipping, handling, packaging and bank processing fees as well as an additional restocking handling fee of 10%.

All returns must be in the original packaging and undamaged.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE RETURNS

We are happy to exchange any damaged or defective RIGRAP products within 90 days of the original purchase date. It is the responsibility of the customer to return and ship the RIGRAP merchandise at your expense. Once RIGRAP has received your damaged or defective RIGRAP merchandise, we will replace the merchandise accordingly. If it is discovered the damage to the RIGRAP item(s) was caused by user abuse, no returns will be allowed.
